TitleTamara

Meet Tamara

26 years of real estate.
Still obsessed with getting better.

Building businesses, developing leaders and finding opportunities other people walk right past.

Chapter 01 — Houston

Fifteen years learning how agents actually build businesses.

Tamara Mannen has spent 26 years in Texas real estate and title services building businesses, developing leaders and finding opportunities others overlook.

Her career began with Keller Williams Realty, where she spent 15 years as a Team Leader and Regional Trainer supporting 14 offices throughout Houston.

Chapter 02 — Title

In 2016, she crossed over to the title side. It stuck.

In 2016, she entered the title industry with Fidelity National Title in Houston.

Over the following nine years, Tamara built a business-development practice that ranked in the top 10% nationally. Her team ultimately ranked #1 in Division 6, encompassing Texas, Florida and Oklahoma, placing the team in the top 3% nationally.

But the rankings were only part of the story.

Chapter 03 — The connection

Escrow growth and agent growth are the same project.

Tamara discovered that escrow growth and agent growth were deeply connected. When escrow officers became stronger, more intentional relationship builders, the benefits spread across both sides of the transaction.

Throughout her career, she has coached and consulted real estate agents ranging from six-figure beginnings to seven-figure production, helping professionals build businesses designed to last.

Chapter 04 — Austin

Back to leadership, then out of the box entirely.

Tamara later returned to Keller Williams as Director of Growth and Development for KW Austin One, overseeing the Northwest, Southwest and Lake Travis offices.

That chapter reinforced one of her strongest beliefs: the best ideas aren't owned by a brokerage.

Tamara discovered that she loved being broker-agnostic and working with high-performing professionals throughout the industry rather than limiting relationships to a single company.

Chapter 05 — Chicago Title

In March 2026, the title world called her back.

Tamara joined Fidelity National Financial's Chicago Title as AVP of Business Development, serving Lakeway, Bee Cave, Austin, Great Hills and Westlake.

Today she focuses on building relationships, developing escrow teams, finding untapped market opportunities, attracting exceptional talent and helping real estate professionals build better businesses.

  • Be Consistent

The exciting strategy means very little if nobody executes it on Tuesday.

  • Add Value First

Relationships get stronger when people know you care about their success.

  • Build the Team

The right people working together can create more than individual talent alone.

  • Do the Work

Momentum is rarely mysterious. The fundamentals simply need to happen consistently.
