For teams & brokers
Build agents people don't want to leave.
Tamara spent 15 years with Keller Williams Realty as a Team Leader and Regional Trainer supporting 14 Houston-area offices.
She later returned to Keller Williams as Director of Growth and Development for KW Austin One, overseeing the Northwest, Southwest and Lake Travis offices.
That experience reinforced something she strongly believes:
Great people don't need another vendor. They need valuable partners.
Today Tamara works broker-agnostically with professionals throughout the Austin real estate community.
Where she plugs in
Six places leadership feels it fastest.
01
Agent Development
Training, accountability, business planning and production strategy.
02
Recruiting & Retention
Build a value proposition agents actually experience rather than merely hear about.
03
Team Culture
Create environments where collaboration and accountability coexist.
04
Training
Custom workshops and conversations based on what the office actually needs.
05
Business Development
Identify overlooked relationships, opportunities and revenue.
06
Title Partnership
Build a title relationship that supports leadership as well as individual transactions.
Tamara's philosophy is simple: escrow growth and agent growth are connected.
During nine years with Fidelity National Title in Houston, she built a business-development practice that ranked in the top 10% nationally. Her team became #1 in Division 6, covering Texas, Florida and Oklahoma, placing the group in the top 3% nationally.
One of the biggest lessons from that experience was that investing in escrow officers creates a ripple effect.
When escrow professionals become stronger relationship-builders, communicators and business developers, the agents around them become stronger too.
Tamara helps uncover the potential already sitting inside a market, office or escrow team and turn that potential into repeatable growth.
Leadership shouldn't have to explain the value twice.
Tamara would rather be the partner your agents mention on their own.
